If the remote is what you ordered but not the correct remote for your garage door opener then please notify us by phone or email as soon as you can within 14 days so we can resolve the issue for you.If you ordered the incorrect remote without contacting us for advice first you may send it back for a replacement remote that works,we may or may not at our discretion charge a $15 handling and courier fee for the replacement to cover costs as this is not our mistake.

All our garage door remotes have been tested before being sent out and are guaranteed to be in good working order when you receive them.If for some reason you receive your remote and it is not in good working order then please phone or email us as soon as you can but within 30 days so we can arrange replacement for you.we will let you know where to return the item back to.we do not supply Return Bags. If you need to return the item please return it via tracked courier or post!.We can not locate any items that are not returned via tracked courier or post.Any items sent back in an envelope may get wet or damaged on the way or nz post may not let them through due to size restictions. so we will not accept any responsibilty for them.!.
