Warranty 

We guarantee all of our products and we are happy to replace any faulty product You may return any faulty item bought from us within 12 months of purchase for replacement. Receipt of proof of purchase must be supplied.please email or phone us for returns

All our garage door remotes have been tested before being sent out and are guaranteed to be in good working order when you receive them.If for some reason you receive your remote and it is not in good working order then please phone or email us as soon as you can but within 30 days so we can arrange replacement for you.

If the remote you receive is not what you ordered or is what you ordered but not the correct remote for your garage door opener then please notify us by phone or email as soon as you can so we can resolve the issue for you.

Cancellation

If during the  process of purchasing your product you cancel the payment from your credit card, you will not be charged and will not receive any products ordered from this website. If you complete the transaction it is considered to be a completed order and bought by you.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery 

FREE DELIVERY NZ Wide Including Po Boxes And Rurul Delivery.

We aim to have your remote to you within 1-3 days-All Orders Are Sent From Our Auckland Depot And In Stock If On Our Website.

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery before you contact us to query an order not received.
